RYTHERORythero processes audio analysis in Signature Lab locally in your browser. When another feature requires optional online creative generation, that is disclosed before data is sent.
Rythero uses a counter provided by Rusadix Tools to record visits to its pages, not unique visitors. It does not use tracking cookies. The counter connects to counters.rusadixtools.com, which receives technical request data such as the IP address.
Google Analytics is blocked by default and is loaded only after you choose Accept. It is used to understand site usage and improve Rythero. Advertising storage and ad personalization remain disabled.
If you send a contact or business enquiry, Rythero receives the name, email address, category and message you enter. The form sends these details through the Cloudflare-hosted website to the site’s contact inbox so the enquiry can be handled and answered. Messages may remain in the receiving email service according to its retention settings. Do not include passwords or sensitive private information. This form does not create a user account or subscribe you to advertising.
Rythero has prepared site verification for Google AdSense, but advertising is not currently active. If ads are enabled after approval, Rythero will use a Google-certified consent management platform where required and will update consent controls before advertising storage or ad personalization is enabled.
Rythero is delivered through Cloudflare and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for traffic and performance measurement.
Audio Analyzer and Signature Lab's technical mode decode and measure the selected file inside your browser. In this mode, audio is not sent to the server. Reusable profiles may be stored in your browser's local storage.
The current public Signature Lab analyzes measurable technical audio traits entirely in your browser. It does not send audio or derived excerpts to Gemini, Cloudflare Workers AI or another inference provider. The former Gemini music-analysis route is hard-disabled.
Signature Lab does not currently invoke a paid or credit-based inference service. Its saved technical Signature remains local to the browser so later results can be compared without external AI consumption.
Writing Studio remains local by default. If you explicitly choose AI draft generation, the creative fields needed to create the draft are sent through Rythero’s backend to Cloudflare Workers AI. The complete local project is not uploaded. To enforce the free allowance, the browser stores a random Rythero identifier and that UTC day’s successful-generation count. Rythero’s server-side usage counter stores only aggregate daily attempts, successful generations and token totals; it does not store the generated lyrics, the creative brief, an account identity or the browser identifier in that aggregate counter. Cloudflare states that Customer Content processed by Workers AI is not used to train AI models or improve Cloudflare or third-party services without explicit consent.
Signature Lab is designed to describe transferable high-level musical traits. It does not aim to recover an original prompt, identify artists, transcribe lyrics, clone voices or return melodies from a reference work.
Signature Lab requires no AI opt-in because its current analysis is local-only. Optional Writing Studio AI draft generation, when enabled, starts only when you explicitly choose that action. You can also accept or reject optional website analytics without losing site access.
Rythero’s current creative tools do not require a user account or email address and do not maintain a cloud library of your lyrics, prompts, local projects or source audio. Browser-saved creative data stays tied to that browser and device unless you export it yourself.
Like any website, page requests pass through Rythero’s hosting/CDN infrastructure. Cloudflare may process ordinary network and security metadata, including IP-related request data, to deliver and protect the site. That does not mean a locally selected creative file is uploaded: local-mode file contents remain in the browser unless a feature explicitly tells you that an AI excerpt will be sent.
